CIYANU ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect when you join our waitlist and how we use it.

What we collect

When you sign up for the CIYANU waitlist, we collect:

• First name — so we can address you personally
• Email address — to notify you when the app launches
• Device preference (iPhone or Android) — so we can send relevant information for your platform

We do not collect payment information, health data, or any other personal data at this stage.

How we use your data

Your information is used solely to:

• Notify you when CIYANU launches or becomes available in early access
• Send relevant updates about the app (infrequently, never spam)

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS. You can review Supabase's privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@ciyanu.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain your waitlist data until the app has launched and you have been notified, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

Cookies

The CIYANU waitlist page does not use cookies or third-party tracking scripts beyond the standard Supabase client library.
